Most of the 80 projects we've done are ground up new construction. While driving the design, entitlement, and construction process is difficult, ensuring it is done correctly so that it will achieve the highest rentals is where experience is most critical. Adaptive Re-use
Imwalle Properties has experience in adaptive-reuse of existing commercial structures. From contaminated gas station sites to historical downtown retail buildings, we see location as paramount and look to bring existing sites through to their next life cycles.
